Germán Martitegui, Damián Betular and Donato de Santis gave three contestants a new opportunity.
For their outstanding participation in the repechage gala, Antonio, Estefanía and Nacho returned to the MasterChef Argentina competition (Telefe, Sundays at 10:30 p.m. and Monday to Thursday at 11 p.m.).
“Continuing in MasterChef means that my dream is not over. If everything goes well, I hope that what I have dreamed of so much comes true. There is Antonio for a while”, celebrated the man from Salta, who was moved to receive the support of Germán Martitegui, Damián Betular and Donat de Santis.
And he affirmed: “I am not going to waste this second opportunity.”

“I’m very excited. It’s a mixture of emotions… I’m very happy, I thank the jury,” said Estefanía, happy with the new opportunity she won.

The two of them were chosen by the jury to return to the contest. Instead, Nacho was selected by the vote of his colleagues, those who are still in the competition.

At the beginning of the day, the jury proposed to the participants that they face the main ingredient of the dish that turned out the worst and sentenced them to elimination. “It’s a great second chance night,” proposed Wanda Nara, host of the cycle.
And then Betular told them that they had to “evolve and propose something better than the recipe that left them out”, preparing a dish in 60 minutes. “They are going to have to be creative and intelligent to be able to return to MasterChef,” Martitegui warned them.
Antonio earned good reviews for his shrimp-stuffed tortellini dish. “I smell it and I go ‘oh, how strong this is going to be.’ But later when I taste it, I feel the filling and everything, it’s tasty. The dough makes a neutral part of the dish and that’s fine. It is not easy to use this paste and it is very good”, said Betular. “The pasta is subtle, the shape and filling are well achieved. The tomato almost gets in the way, it could have just been the broth,” Donato analyzed.

And Estefanía, the other highlight of the day, prepared octopus with salad and baked sweet potato. Betular highlighted the “well cooked” octopus and the “sweet potato sweet”. “The flavors are very well mixed,” added Donato. And Martitegui also pondered the octopus cooking and the presentation. “I like this disorder,” analyzed the demanding judge.

Who continues in MasterChef Argentina
With the returns of Antonio, Estefanía and Nacho, 11 participants continue in the culinary reality show, which will award a prize of 10 million pesos and the coveted MasterChef trophy.
They are: Antonio, Estefanía, Nacho, María Sol Ferrero, Daniela, Aquiles González Sviatschi, Silvana, Rodolfo Vera Calderón, Juan Francisco Moro, Candelaria Sorini and Rodrigo Salcedo.
