A man died while dancing in a bowling alley in La Plata
A 60-year-old man died at dawn on March 19 after fainting while dancing in a well-known bowling alley in La Plata.
The victim was identified as Alejandro Espíndola, who had attended Record Disco, located on Calle 3 between 42 and 43. After midnight, he was dancing in the middle of the track when he vanished.
The event was recorded by the security cameras of the dance venue. In the images – which were disseminated on social networks – Espíndola was seen dancing accompanied by a woman minutes before fainting.
Although the color of the video is black and white, it is distinguished that his companion is a long-haired blonde. He was with her with whom -in the middle of a song and after going around- he lost his balance until he fainted.
As can be seen, before fainting and falling to the floor, Espíndola tries to hold on to the woman’s body. But he doesn’t make it and falls directly to the floor in a scene that alerted the rest of the people in the room, who quickly came to help him along with the girl who was dancing with him.
For their part, from the bowling alley they immediately called emergencies and just a few minutes later the police and an ambulance arrived at the scene and provided urgent medical assistance to the man who was lying in the middle of the track.
Witnesses reported that the nurses began to perform CPR on him, but after a long time performing resuscitation movements, they reported that he no longer had vital signs, confirming his death on the spot.
Consequently, the victim’s body was removed from the club and the police opened an investigation to determine the cause of his death.
