Justice requested the arrest of Sandra A., an employee of the Mendoza Legislature, who is outside the country.
A new turn in the case in which the comedian Cacho Garay is implicated for gender violence: the Mendoza Justice requested this Tuesday the capture of Sandra A., an employee of the provincial Legislature, accused of having sexually abused the ex-partner of the comedian along with him.
The legislative employee is out of the country on leave and should return to work on Friday the 16th. The new person involved started working in the Senate in 2020 and according to what was reported by Los Andes, she has the position of temporary contract.
As confirmed by the Public Prosecutor’s Office, Verónica Macías, the comedian’s former partner, “reported to the prosecutor’s office that Garay and said woman recorded her, abused her and made her have sex with her.”

Police officers had raided the house of the woman involved this Saturday and did not find her; and for what he got rid of a capture that for now is only national in scope.
Cameras, telephone cards, computers and other elements that could implicate her in the cause that already sparked a scandal were kidnapped from the home of the legislative employee.
According to Diario Uno, the new person involved in the case would be on vacation in Cancun, Mexico.
Cacho Garay, who is in house arrest at his sister’s house, is charged by prosecutor Daniel Carniello for the crimes of threats aggravated by the use of a weapon, sexual abuse with carnal access in an undetermined number of events, and illegitimate deprivation of freedom aggravated by being committed against her ex-spouse, the complainant, Verónica Macías.
The crime of possession of firearms for civilian use also weighs on Garay. At the end of April, the comedian received the preventive detention ordered by Judge Juan Manuel Pina.
In recent days and while in house arrest, the comedian violated the ban on rapprochement imposed by the Justice with his ex-wife. It was when he made a phone call to his ex-wife, and although he did not say a word, he was charged with “disobedience.”

After denouncing her ex-husband, Macías targeted the woman who works in the Mendoza legislature and who was departmental queen of the Tunuyán Harvest in 1982, Sandra A..
“The situation of this Legislature employee is not due to a new complaint, but is part of Verónica’s original complaint,” confirmed Agustín Magdalena, lawyer for Garay’s ex-wife.

In a conversation with Channel 7, the lawyer representing the complaint reported that “the legislative employee was the organizer, together with the comedian, of the orgies in which Macías was forced to intervene.”
And he added a chilling fact: “In these sexual orgies, in which more people participated, the victim was subjected to torture with electric prods and buckets of water.”
In television statements, the lawyer opened the door for more arrests: “There are important people here who participated in these aberrational events. They are businessmen and well-known people in Mendoza society,” he said.
Magdalena recalled that the prosecutor aggravated the classification of the case and for this reason “it is requested that Garay’s house arrest be revoked so that it becomes effective.” “This will happen at any moment,” she anticipated.
“What started as a small cause, every time we dig, it becomes something very big and unthinkable,” said the lawyer.
Macías, Garay’s former partner, denounced before the Court that during 2013, in a house on 20 de Septiembre street in Luján de Cuyo, Sandra A. entered the couple’s bedroom, various touchings were allegedly made with the comedian, with who had sex, and was abused against her will.
