Egypt’s Allianz Insurance Company signed a strategic partnership agreement in the healthcare sector with “Esaal” (www.Esaal.ME), a digital platform that offers mental health, comprehensive healthcare and nutritional services in addition to medical consultations in the Middle East and North Africa.
The agreement aims to provide high-quality healthcare services digitally to Allianz’s customers, including individuals, SMEs or companies, once the necessary approval has been obtained from the relevant authorities.
Under the agreement, Esaal will facilitate accessible and integrated mental health and medical services through advanced digital solutions. The platform will further provide secure and reliable communication channels for consultations via SMS, voice calls, video calls and remote consultations.
Such a move will enable Allianz to complement what it has already started with regard to the digital transformation of healthcare services, starting with offering medical consultations and psychotherapy to customers to prescribing medicines.
