Emerenciano Sena appointed him after the resignation of Juan Carlos Saife, angered by the letter that Marcela Acuña wrote.
As soon as the lawyer Juan Carlos Saife stopped representing Emerenciano Sena in the Cecilia Strzyzowski case, the piquetero leader appointed Armando Nicolás Boniardi Cabra as one of his new defenders.
This lawyer was, since last January, an adviser to the Chaco Ministry of Security, which has now decided to throw him out of office.
As officially reported, the province’s Minister of Security and Justice, Gloria Zalazar, “decided to discharge this Sunday a member of the ministry who performed advisory functions on matters related to security forums, after learning that he will participate in the team of defense lawyers for the Sena couple in the case of the disappearance and presumed femicide of Cecilia Strzyzowski”.

The decision was made “immediately and irrevocably,” Zalazar stressed, after learning through the media about the incorporation of the lawyer Armando Nicolás Boniardi Cabra to the defense team of Emerenciano Sena and Marcela Acuña along with her colleague Ricardo Osuna.
“Boniardi Cabra worked as an advisor on matters related to the security forum scheme. Based on the Public Security Law 2011-J, these neighborhood forums are made up of neighborhood groups and civil society organizations that have the function of holding meetings periodic meetings, request reports, present claims, make suggestions and also proposals to the authorities of the Ministry of Security and Justice,” it was indicated.
Saife decided to stop sponsoring Emerenciano Sena (58) and Marcela Acuña (51) after the letter that the woman wrote in jail, where she blamed her son César Sena (19) for the act.
Acuña complained that both she and her husband have “social condemnation for being piqueteros, for political reasons, for having raised the Cuban flag with Argentina.”
“Prisoners with Emerenciano being innocent; with an armed cause from the judicial party and radicals. Do not confuse, one thing is the fact of Cecilia’s femicide, reprehensible from every point of view, and another thing is wanting to accuse us from a prosecutor’s office that without proof, he not only has us locked up, walking around like trophies with wives like criminals, but he puts us in a case with a cover that does not hold up to us with evidence, only with assumptions,” the leader shot.
And then he asked himself: “Why, if César (his son) was responsible, do they incriminate us?”
The letter that Marcela Acuña wrote: Why, if César was responsible, would they incriminate us?
According to the explanation he gave, it was a point to attack Jorge Capitanich. “They found the exact point to serially attack Emerenciano, what he means, and Capitanich, in an electoral scenario, where what they have are the big media in their favor, and a justice of loose underpants that, undoubtedly, influenced by the economic groups that manage the big media, did not hesitate to lock us up and commit themselves to the excesses of false journalism, added to the illicit defamation networks, which are many,” he accused.
Acuña had said in his investigation that he saw “a lump, similar to a body” inside the home of Santa María de Oro 1460, in Resistencia, where the crime occurred on June 2.
The prosecution believes that César’s parents were co-authors of Cecilia’s death, that the three Senas put together a plan to “get her out of the way.” De Acuña argue that she is also the intellectual author of the crime.
