Maryland State Police arrested Timothy Davis, 38, after responding to studies of an armed man at a comfort retailer within the unit block of Grand Drive in Taneytown, a metropolis in Carroll County, at round 5 p.m. Sunday.

Police recovered the firearm from his residence throughout his arrest.
