Boston man needed for allegedly opening fireplace at man he feuded with in entrance of pastry store arrested: police

A Boston restaurant proprietor who police had been looking for after he allegedly shot at a person entrance of a pastry store final week was arrested Friday by the Boston Police Division Fugitive Unit. 

Patrick Mendoza, 54, was arraigned in Boston Municipal Court docket on costs of assault via a harmful weapon (gun), assault and battery via a harmful weapon, and assault and battery, police stated in a launch. He was ordered to be held with out bail, in accordance with Fox affiliate Boston 25.

Mendoza had been feuding with the person he allegedly shot at and was reportedly on probation for an assault conviction involving the identical man, the Boston Herald reported, including that his probation would have ended the day of the alleged capturing. “Mendoza started swearing and yelling at him, calling him [expletive],” one witness reportedly informed police, Boston 25 reported. 

One other witness claimed he stated, “I’m gonna kill you mom (expletive)! It’s gonna be fast,” in accordance with the Herald.
