When he wanted to defend his son, he received a ferocious beating. He must have an MRI and fears that he will have “some sequel”.

“They went to kill me.” This is how Hugo Aguilar interprets the ferocious beating he received along with his son at dawn last Sunday at the door of the Tom James bowling alley, in Necochea, by three patovicas from that place, who were arrested this Monday.

“We went out to celebrate Friendship Day because we are a family of workers. I went out with my son and when we went to the door of the bowling alley it was overflowing with people outside. I don’t know when there was a disturbance, ”the story began in an interview with Telenoche, where he was seen with a swollen face and bruises under both eyes.

Although he was not part of the problem, he decided to intervene when his son, José, was beaten: “Like every father, I went in to want to defend him. That was my intention. So they punched me and after that I don’t remember anything else.”

“When I react, that two boys who helped me, I get up and go to the door to ask why they had hit me. I consider myself a big man, I did not go to fight with anyone and one of the patovicas kicked me again in the chest that ended up knocking me over,” he continued.

As a consequence of the blows received, he remembers little of that violent sequence. However, she relived every second through the shocking videos that went viral. “I’m getting more and more upset. The second he hit me he was going to kill me. As a big man, they punch you and you don’t need more, ”he emphasized.

After the brutal attack, Hugo took medication and, little by little, his face began to reduce inflammation. However, medical check-ups still remain. “Tomorrow I have an MRI because they hit me in the head. We have to see if there is any sequel left, ”he explained.

For his part, his son José gave his version of how the conflict began: “It all started because of so many people at the door. When they push them away from the door, they hit this boy in white. I see that they hit my younger brother and I want to get in. That’s where they hit me against the car.”

They arrested the three patovicas from the bowling alley in Necochea

The Court of Guarantees No. 1 of Necochea ordered the arrest of the three patovicas, who will testify this Tuesday. The fact was classified as “aggravated injuries due to the premeditated abuse of two or more people,” according to the medical report presented to the prosecutor’s office on Monday. However, that rating could change, according to the newspaper Cuatro Vientos de Necochea.

For their part, those responsible for the nightclub expressed in a statement their “total and absolute repudiation” of the “violent situations that occurred during the early hours of Sunday, originating at the door of our establishment, which began with a group of people who acted by exceeding the entrance fence, throwing objects and breaking the main access door.”
