After 94 days in the DDI of Quilmes, Elián Valenzuela – better known as L-Gante – benefited from the end of preventive detention. He is accused of unlawful deprivation of liberty and threats.

According to Torres, as he left the bowling alley to go home, he received phone threats from Valenzuela. Members of La Mafilia then came to his home and physically attacked him and his family.

A few meters later, the young woman Rosa Catalina Passi, also a neighbor of the musician and who had taken part in the first confrontation with L-Gante’s friends, was intercepted and forced to get into the same vehicle.

Later and always according to the complaint, some members of “La Mafilia” were arrested by the police and L-Gante returned to the place where the cell phone was, lowered the glass and told the agents: “Get rid of the children, or me.” “I’ll kill this one.” “, referring to the victim who was held in his BMW.

The statement of claim filed states that plaintiff Torres remained captive for 23 minutes until L-Gante received a call assuring him that his friends had been released by the police and that he had released the victims.
