A lacking lady who was topic of a statewide alert was killed when her automobile was struck by a tractor-trailer early Wednesday on the Maine Turnpike, state trooper mentioned.
Jean Robinson, 78, of Gorham, was stopped in a breakdown lane earlier than pulling in entrance of the tractor-trailer, which hit her automobile broadside shortly after 2:30 a.m. Wednesday in Lewiston, troopers mentioned. She was pronounced useless on the scene. The truck driver was unharmed.

Robinson disappeared after she departed to go to a relative’s house in Southwest Harbor. A Silver Alert was issued Tuesday to legislation enforcement businesses to be looking out for her, officers mentioned.
