An inmate in a Wisconsin county jail is accused of breaking the sprinkler system in his cell and inflicting $1,500 in harm, in line with a prison criticism obtained by FOX 6.

Charles Virgil, 32, was charged with interfering with a hearth alarm system and prison harm to property after an incident contained in the Waukesha County Jail on March 1.  

Based on a prison criticism, Virgil was “upset that he was not being launched.” Correctional officers claimed he “tore up quite a few items of bathroom paper” after which hit the sprinkler with a blanket. 

Prosecutors acknowledged that water flowed out of Virgil’s cell, carrying the bathroom paper with it to a close-by drain that then clogged and flooded the realm.
