A Fulton County decide on Wednesday threw out a number of fees included within the election interference indictment towards former President Donald Trump and a number of other of his co-defendants.
Decide Scott McAfee’s order dismissed six fees associated to a particular cost: solicitation of violation of oath by public servant.
