The invoice is supported by Home Training and Workforce Committee Chairwoman Virginia Foxx, R-N.C., and Home GOP Convention Chairwoman Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y., the No. 4 Home Republican chief.
Title IX is a longstanding civil rights regulation prohibiting sex-based discrimination in colleges and different training facilities that obtain federal funding.
