U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has arrested a Brazilian nationwide within the nation illegally and charged in Massachusetts with a number of crimes, together with tried homicide.

ICE stated in a press launch that 33-year-old Evandro Ribeiro-Rosa was arrested by Enforcement and Elimination Operations (ERO) Boston in Worcester District Courtroom Aug. 12.

The Worcester Police Division arrested Ribeiro-Rosa July 16 and charged him with tried homicide, stalking, intimidation, kidnapping and two counts of vandalizing property.
