Colt Grey is charged with 4 counts of homicide. His father, Colin Grey, is charged with 4 counts of involuntary manslaughter, two counts of second-degree homicide and eight counts of cruelty to kids for his alleged involvement in knowingly permitting his son to own the gun used within the capturing, the GBI stated.
