A 71-year-old Florida man was allegedly shot to demise by his neighbor on Thanksgiving Day whereas the 2 had been engaged in a dispute, the Broward Sheriff’s Workplace stated.
Hureleyon McLean, 71, went downstairs to speak to his Lauderdale Lakes neighbor who had left a notice complaining his music was too loud on the vacation, McLean’s widow Rose informed WTVJ.
“I heard it, and I simply flew to the door,” she stated of the gunshot. “Once I look out, my husband was laying face down within the blood.”

The unnamed alleged shooter is claiming self-defense within the incident, the sheriff’s workplace stated. No fees have been filed.
“My husband didn’t have any weapons. My husband didn’t actually have a knife on him,” Rose informed the station, claiming the suspect threatened her after he shot her husband.

Rose stated that they had been planning on celebrating Thanksgiving with household and mates that day when the unthinkable occurred.
“He wasn’t sorry,” she informed WSVN of the shooter. “He was simply standing, taking a look at me together with his gun in his hand the identical manner. And I’m going as much as him and say, ‘Why did you shoot my husband? Why?’ And he stated to me if I didn’t shut my mouth, he would shoot me, too.”
McLean’s pastor was in shock in regards to the taking pictures.

Hureleyon was a father to 2 sons and a grandfather.

“Wherever he’s, I’m at all times with him,” Rose informed WSVN. “We’re like a workforce collectively. For him to be taken away like this — belief me, it’s very onerous.”
