The Guatemalan National Team won group D of League B, of the League of Nations, which gave it promotion to League A and direct qualification to the next Gold Cup 2023, where today, starting at 1:00 p.m. , Concacaf will make the draw.

The teams that will seek these places are Suriname, Martinique, Curaçao, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, French Guiana, Sint Maarten, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia and Puerto Rico.
According to the draw regulations, the teams from pot 1 will be the head of the group and were pre-assigned as follows: Group A, United States (current champion); Group B, Mexico (best in the ranking); Group C, Costa Rica; and Group D, Canada.

The draw for the group stage will begin by placing the seeded teams from pot 1 into their pre-assigned groups, using the pre-assigned group spheres from pot 5.
The draw will continue with the spheres from drum 2 and determining the group of each team with a sphere from drum 6. This procedure will be repeated for all the spheres from drums 3 and 4, using the group spheres from drums 7 and 8.
