The bus ended up almost completely inside an abandoned gallon where a brake shop used to work. Due to the strong impact, the wall of a neighboring house collapsed.
The president of Tamse, Eduardo Ramírez, explained: “The bus is from line 33, which was actually cutting to go and reinforce the Cabildo neighborhood. On that journey we understand that there should be no passengers and what the driver tells the traffic chief is that he came empty”.
In addition, he assured that there were no passengers on board, despite the fact that the police report details that two people were traveling in the bus at the time of impact.
The story of the accident and the anger of the owner of the shed
A woman who lives on the affected property recounted: “I heard a big explosion and a cloud of dust next to a person who was asking for help. We called the Police and saw that a part of the wall of my living room had fallen. The bus got into the side but the impact was so strong that a part of my wall and my window fell off. We had no idea what had happened, we felt the explosion”.
For his part, Rubén Echevarría, owner of the house, pointed out: “If they take the bus out, the wall on the other side falls down. I was with my father-in-law and my wife. They felt an explosion and got up.”

In addition, he slipped the possible cause of the accident: “Apparently the driver fell asleep. I can’t say for sure, but that’s what they say.”
For his part, Héctor Cativo, owner of the partially destroyed warehouse, said that the place was empty because they were going to rent it out and regretted: “I’m not very sure who is going to take care of it. They say they’re going to come build a wall, but The whole structure is wrong. Everything is about to collapse.”
