A 32-year-old man was arrested in the last few hours for a case that was reported in June 2021: he is accused of raping his niece, who has cerebral palsy. The victim is now 15 years old.
Judicial sources confirmed that the sexual abuse was “repeated” and that the minor was five months pregnant when the case was discovered.
The arrest occurred after the victim’s mother filed a complaint against the minor’s uncle, who suffers from cerebral palsy.
The abuser was arrested at his house located on streets 530 and 161, in Melchor Romero, La Plata district, according to what the site 0221 published.

According to the original complaint made on June 6, 2021 by the victim’s father, the minor was taken to the doctor after suffering from abdominal pain. But when she was taken to the La Plata Children’s Hospital, the professionals confirmed that she was five months pregnant.
After confirming the pregnancy, the family accused the man, who repeatedly abused the minor when she was in his care at her maternal aunt’s house, in the Los Hornos neighborhood.
After various testimonies, medical reports, and details provided by the Gesell camera, the judicial authorities ordered the arrest of Medrano V., who was charged with “sexual abuse with seriously outrageous carnal access.”
