The discovery occurred after the neighbors contacted Barrionuevo’s relatives to tell them that yesterday afternoon, for several hours, they had heard loud music coming from the house, which caught their attention.
The ex-teacher’s family contacted the police who, alerted by the call, went to Barrionuevo’s home.
In the house, the members of the Santiago police found the man dead on the floor in the middle of a pool of blood, bloody and handcuffed, for which a case was initiated in the prosecutor’s office on duty, in charge of Alfonso Arce, under the “homicide” cover.
