Violence and madness took over a futsal match in Tierra del Fuego, where one of the players was injured after being attacked with a knife by the father of one of the rivals, in the middle of a generalized fight. The 51-year-old attacker was arrested, while the victim calls for Justice to be done.
The unfortunate episode occurred last Saturday at Club San Martín in the city of Río Grande, where Campolter and Rosario faced each other. At one point in the match, a conflict arose between the players that later spread to the public.
In this context, the Campolter soccer player Marcos Noroñha, 28, received two stab wounds in the abdominal area by a bystander named Jorge Britos, who is the father of one of the Rosario players.

Noroñha was transferred to a hospital and was released hours later. He then filed the corresponding police complaint, which led to Britos being detained pending the resolution of a prosecutor. This Monday he held the hearing, where he was investigated and charged.
The victim’s story: “I tried to take the knife out of him and he stabbed me”
In dialogue with Olé, Marcos Noroñha recounted how the fight with one of his rivals began: “We were playing calmly, our team was losing, there were only two minutes left. This boy was hitting us and fending off us throughout the game. This is part of football, no problem”.
“At one point, he messed with the rostrum. To a relative of mine, he says ‘shut up, fat shit…, go to the… with your mother’. I slap her to shut her up, but it was not a pineapple. That’s where they grabbed us, they separated us,” he said.
And he continued: “The man comes in and starts kicking, and I see that he has a knife. I want to take the knife out and he punches me twice, which I didn’t feel. He keeps throwing into the air, my brother gets loose because they take him out , he can’t hit him, but you can see in the video that he shoots everywhere.”
“There they take me out of the fight, one of my teammates takes me to the middle of the field. We all know each other here. I want to take people out again to finish the mess. Later, I feel something hot in my abdomen and I see that it had blood. I lift my shirt and see the wounds of the two punctures, one below the rib”, he completed.
Although he acknowledged that his attitude was wrong and apologized “for the slaps”, he asked “not to let it pass that a person entered with a knife and could kill someone.”
“I belong to the Rosario club, I’m on loan at Campolter. And I never saw him, neither him nor his father. I’m even a fan of the club I faced, I’ve been there since I was born. I don’t know why all this happened. No I victimize myself for that, I also do not want the situation of the man to be minimized, who entered with the knife and could kill anyone. I hope that Justice is done, “he closed.
