A family from Santa Rita is very concerned about the disappearance of 73-year-old Mrs. María Altagracia García.
On Wednesday at about 7:30 am, Mrs. María Altagracia was seen at a bus stop in Santa Rita to leave for El Progreso.
In the afternoon, a nephew who lives with the lady was alerted and called her cousins to explain that it was already late and Mrs. María Altagracia did not appear.
A daughter went to the Santa Rita police to file a complaint, then she went to El Progreso and from there they sent her to San Pedro Sula.
Without any response from the authorities, one of her daughters began looking for her at the hospital, morgue, without finding her whereabouts either.
The family of Mrs. María Altagracia asks the population for help and if they know anything, to contact the number 9707-7614.
They clarified that María Altagracia does not have any illness and even one day before her disappearance she was talking very emotionally with one of her daughters.
