DALLAS– A hearth that broke out at a Dallas buying heart Friday morning killed greater than 500 animals, most of them small birds, authorities mentioned.

The 579 animals on the pet retailer in Plaza Latina in Northwest Dallas died of smoke inhalation, Dallas Hearth-Rescue spokesman Jason Evans mentioned in a press release.
