A bunch of armed thieves stole a Canada Goose jacket from a bicyclist in the course of the day in Washington, D.C., police say.
Surveillance video launched by the Metropolitan Police Division exhibits the stunning second a school pupil’s luxurious winter coat was stolen off his again in broad daylight within the nation’s capital.
