WARREN, father — Authorities were looking Saturday for an inmate described by police as “very dangerous” who escaped with sheets from a jail in northwestern Pennsylvania, officials said.
Michael Burham was last seen wearing a prison blue denim jacket, white and orange slacks and orange shoes, Warren police said Friday.
Burham was held on charges of arson and burglary and was a suspect in a murder investigation, police said. He was also linked to a previous carjacking and kidnapping of a local couple, police said.
“He is considered very dangerous and the public is asked to be vigilant and report anything unusual,” police said in a Facebook post.
Officials say he escaped by climbing onto exercise equipment and using sheets bound together.
