Caltech wrote in a submitting with a US District Courtroom in California that it will drop its claims “with prejudice,” which means it could’t refile its case, and requested that Broadcom achieve this as effectively, stating later that Broadcom “doesn’t oppose this request.” Caltech additionally writes that it’s going to dismiss its claims towards Apple — once more, “with prejudice.”

The submitting then says that Caltech “respectfully requests that each one counterclaims asserted by Apple even be dismissed.”
