Celine Dion makes her musical comeback timed with her acting debut in a new romantic comedy.
The Quebec chanteuse released Love Again on Thursday, the title track of an upcoming film in which she plays a supporting role. The soft ballad is one of five new Dion songs appearing on the film’s soundtrack, which arrives May 12.
Some of the other new songs include I’ll Be, Waiting On You, and Love of My Life. The album also includes six of her previous hits, including That’s The Way It Is and It’s All Coming Back to Me Now.

First new music since diagnosis of neurological disorder
The songs are Dion’s first taste of new music since a rare neurological condition forced her to put aside her world tour.
In December, Dion announced she has “stiff person syndrome,” a condition characterized by sudden severe muscle spasms that she says made it difficult to walk and prevented her from using her vocal cords to sing as she used to. She canceled and postponed a series of dates to focus on her health.
Love Again tells the story of a woman who finds comfort after her fiancé’s sudden death by texting his old mobile number, only to find a new connection with another man who had reassigned the number to him.
