Coast Guard: Reported California shark assault prompts seek for lacking swimmer

The U.S. Coast Guard is among the many businesses looking out Monday for a lacking swimmer off a seaside in California following a reported shark assault close to San Francisco. 

Coast Guard San Francisco Public Info Officer Grace Patton advised Fox Information Digital a witness had knowledgeable authorities Sunday in regards to the alleged incident within the Wildcat Seashore space of the Level Reyes Nationwide Seashore.

“The search continues for a lacking individual final seen within the water at Wildcat Seashore this morning,” NPS later stated Sunday afternoon. “On scene are personnel from NPS, Marin County/ Stinson Seashore Hearth, engines and UTVs, Attain 3 medical helicopter and a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter and Cutter.”

The lacking swimmer, who has not been recognized, is believed to be round 50 years outdated.
