Two people have been arrested and two others are under criminal prosecution for various criminal offenses in Rinas and the port of Durrës.

For this case, the proceedings started in a free state for the 49-year-old AM, since during the control, 4 boxes of cigarettes (cigars) were found in his vehicle, with a total value of 2320 euros.
According to the police, the procedural materials were passed to the respective prosecutors for further action.

From the verifications in the document laboratory, it turned out that the residence permit presented by this citizen was forged. At the end of the actions, the citizen EB, 21 years old, resident in Kosovo, was arrested in the act, and the proceedings began in free status for the citizen RS, 28 years old, resident in Tirana. – In Port Durrës, at the entrance, a case of misdeclaration of valuables was found. For this case, the citizen A. Sh., 40 years old, resident in Tirana, was arrested in the act, as during the physical check, various gold accessories, which are suspected to be stolen, were found on him. Also, at the entrance, in the port of Durrës, a case of smuggling of goods for which excise duty is paid was found. For this case, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor’s Office and the proceeding was started in a free state for the citizen AM, 49 years old, since during the search, 4 boxes of cigarettes (cigars) were found in his vehicle, with a total value of 2320 euros.
