Democratic MP, Flamur Noka, blocked the floor of the Assembly for several minutes.
He has accused deputy the Speaker of the Assembly, Ermonela Felajn, that he is taking away his right to speak, while his microphone has been turned off.
Flamur Noka: Forget it, give the floor here. I do that. Yes, there is a greater shame, this one comes out and talks to us. This one should be in jail.
