Eat Stop Eat is a revolutionary new weight loss book by nutritionist Brad Pilon. Brad’s program is different from most typical weight loss programs in many ways. Most of the popular diets and plans today focus on things like shifting calories, counting every calorie, carbs and fat you put in your mouth.
