An elementary school teacher was captured this Friday for two crimes of rape in the Kennedy neighborhood of Tegucigalpa.
Agents from the Police Investigations Directorate (DPI) arrested Francisco Aristides Medinawho was already sentenced to 20 years in prison for two crimes of rape.
He teacher, 71 years oldhad an arrest warrant pending from the Tegucigalpa criminal sentence execution court, Francisco Morazán, dated March 13, 2018.
The judicial document establishes that he is supposedly responsible for having committed two crimes of rape in real competition to the detriment of a protected witness, for which he was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
