A Florida couple was arrested and their kids and pets have been faraway from the residence after deputies discovered the home lined in feces, urine and rubbish.
Michael Clayton Howey, 36, and Brenda Darla Howey, 37, have been arrested on 13 counts of animal cruelty. They’re being held on the Citrus County Detention Facility on a complete bond of $13,000.
Animal management officers and deputies from the Citrus County Sheriff’s Workplace responded to a Beverly Hills residence on Wednesday relating to a criticism from Code Enforcement, which was engaged on a case concerning the accumulation of junk and trash outdoors the house.
Deputies arrived on the home and met Mr and Mrs Howey, who stated they lived within the residence with two kids, ten canine and three cats.
