Fox Information Media has invited the Trump marketing campaign and the Biden marketing campaign to take part in a vice presidential debate earlier than the 2024 election.
In a letter to the campaigns, Fox Information Media stated it requested the chance to host a vice presidential debate, and stated it will be accessible to take action on July 23, August 13, or dates “following each nomination conventions.”
The proposed vice presidential debate could be hosted by Bret Baier and Martha MacCallum, who Fox Information Media President Jay Wallace stated “are apparent decisions because the faces of our political protection.”
“As well as, FOX Information Media has reached out to Virginia State College as a attainable location, because it was chosen by the CPD as the primary traditionally Black School or College to host a Presidential debate,” the letter stated.
“Regardless of not having a Democratic debate in 2016/2020, FOX Information was in a position to safe city halls with Democratic candidates similar to: Hillary Clinton, Bernie Sanders, Pete Buttigieg, Julian Castro, Amy Klobuchar and Kirsten Gillibrand.
In recognition of FOX Information Media’s capabilities and repute, we cordially lengthen an invite to all involved events to debate our proposal,” the letter states.
Former President Trump accepted the invitation Friday afternoon.
“On behalf of the long run Vice President of the USA, who I’ve not but chosen, we hereby settle for the Fox Vice Presidential Debate, hopefully at Virginia State College, the primary Traditionally Black School or College to host a Debate – Date to be decided,” Trump posted on his Reality Social. “I urge Vice President Kamala Harris to comply with this. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”
