The Sept. 4 taking pictures killed lecturers Richard Aspinwall, 39, and Cristina Irimie, 53, and college students Mason Schermerhorn and Christian Angulo, each 14. One other trainer and eight extra college students have been wounded, seven of them hit by gunfire. 

Georgia is one among 42 states nationwide that holds mother and father criminally accountable on behalf of their kids.

Colin Grey had not but entered a plea as of Tuesday and remained scheduled for his personal Nov. 21 arraignment, in keeping with The Related Press. His son, in the meantime, is demanding a jury trial, Atlanta Information First reported.

Colt Grey is being held in a juvenile detention middle in Gainesville, whereas Colin Grey is being held within the Barrow County jail. Neither has sought to be launched on bail.

Colt Grey faces a most penalty of life in jail with out parole or life with the potential for parole if convicted.
