The Nationwide Academy of Tv Arts and Sciences has defended its Emmy nomination of AJ+ contributor Bisan Owda after a pro-Israel nonprofit requested them to rescind it. The nomination was for the documentary “It is Bisan from Gaza and I am Nonetheless Alive.”
