Leo’s announcement triggered prices and ticket sales: there are less than 100 seats available for the first game.

Lionel Andrés Messi has not yet made his arrival in Miami official, but he has already achieved a revolution. From MLS to the NBA, no American wanted to miss the opportunity to honor the world champion. And, neither, to see it: the tickets for what would be his first game are about to run out.

The debut, to a packed stadium

As his link with Paris Saint Germain continues, the Argentine captain has not yet been able to join Inter. His arrival will take place after July 5, the date on which the Major League Soccer summer pass market opens. And, with him, the signing of Messi will materialize once and for all.

For the debut we will have to wait a little longer: it could make its official presentation against Cruz Azul in Fort Lauderdale for the Leagues Cup, an official competition played by the teams from the United States and the Mexican League.

As soon as Leo’s arrival in Miami was confirmed, ticket prices skyrocketed: the cheapest went from $29 to $329. And they kept going up. So much so that, days after the announcement, they sold out: now they can only be purchased at resale price.

Less than 100 tickets available

The sale of tickets was extended due to the demand, but with one condition: pay more than the price originally planned.

Through the page www.ticketmaster.com, where tickets for MLS duels are officially purchased (the Inter Miami website redirects to that site), it can be seen that there are just over 70 tickets available.

Prices? They range from $1,200 plus service charge to $10,000 green. An abysmal difference with the previous game of the club founded by David Beckham, which will be on July 8 as a visitor against DC United. In that duel, the amounts range between 187 and 500 dollars, not counting the resale prices.
