On the other hand, what you may be experiencing may be a normal part of the healing and recovery process. Keep in mind that no two people heal in the exact same way or at the exact same rate.
After talking to the surgeon and showing him what’s bothering you, he may offer to perform corrective surgery if the problem warrants another surgery. This should not cost you any money. Don’t lose patience with him, but allow him to rectify the surgical situation before you decide to take things in a different direction.
If talking to your doctor about the plastic surgery isn’t getting you the results you hoped for, then it’s time to find another board-certified and qualified surgeon for a second opinion. Look for a professional who specializes in plastic surgery you’ve had or someone who specifically works in a corrective way.
Please note that corrective surgery is not only cosmetic in nature, but also reconstructive and therefore carries its own risks.
