An Illinois lady allegedly stabbed her ex-husband a number of instances Wednesday over purchases he made at a grocery retailer. 

Julie Anderson, 46, was arrested at an Antioch residence and charged with aggravated home battery, battery nice bodily hurt and aggravated battery with a lethal weapon.

Anderson’s 42-year-old ex-husband sustained stab wounds to his again and leg. The stabbing occurred in her residence and the previous husband fled to a neighboring unit, police stated. 

Anderson allegedly stabbed him after an argument that began over his grocery retailer purchases. Regardless of the pair being divorced from one another, they nonetheless maintained a relationship, police stated.

Authorities did not say what particularly the ex-husband purchased that prompted the violent dispute.
