An Indonesian health coach died after a barbell reportedly broke his neck throughout a coaching session.
Mr Justyn Vicky, 33, was doing squat presses at The Paradise Bali health club in Sanur, Indonesia, on July 15 when the incident occurred, in response to Indonesian media retailers.
Social media footages confirmed him making an attempt to stretch his legs because the bar weighed down on his shoulders, however he struggled to face upright.
The barbell reportedly weighed between 180kg and 210kg.
Mr Justyn then fell to the ground and the stacked barbell landed on the again of his neck. A spotter – an individual who helps health club customers in lifting or pushing extra weight – was behind him when the train gear fell.
The spotter tried to carry on to the barbell, however was not capable of stop the gear from touchdown on Mr Justyn.
