WASHINGTON, D.C. – Americans questioned whether President Biden was living up to his demand for “honor and decency” at the White House after the discovery of cocaine in the West Wing and after activists went topless on the South Lawn.
“No, cocaine, cocaine in the White House, that never happens,” one man told Fox News.
Biden tweeted during the 2020 presidential election that “we must restore honor and decency to the White House.” Meanwhile, cocaine was found over the weekend in an area of the White House that visitors can only access if they are given a tour by staff.

Jim said he thinks Biden “enables every effort” to bring decency to the White House.
“As for the cocaine, it could come out of any guest’s pocket,” he said. “I have not seen any video that shows it came from an employee or family members.”
In June, Biden faced criticism after transgender activists went topless at a White House Pride Month event. The government later banned one, Rose Montoya, calling the incident “inappropriate and disrespectful”.

Dominique said he thinks Biden respects the White House, but has “lost a spine” in the process.
“I think he needs to, you know, make a little more noise,” he added.
“For my country, I don’t like Biden as president,” Huncho said.

Ashli said she doesn’t think Biden is upholding decency.
“He’s still not fighting for the right thing right now,” she said.
Kenneth disagreed. He said the president maintains decency by staying away from controversies like the one involving his son, Hunter Biden.

“He didn’t get personally involved in the hearings for his child,” he said.
“Compared to people who have been in the office before, they passed with flying colors,” said Sarah.
Mary said that while Biden has room for improvement, he is still one step ahead of former President Trump.

“Compared to the previous president, he has a level of professionalism when he addresses others,” she said. “He is conscious of his choice of words and careful about how others may perceive his actions.”
Mark agreed, saying it’s a challenging feat for the president.
