The presidential election was marred by logistical issues and credibility issues.
The electoral fee says preliminary outcomes present President Felix Tshisekedi is in cost.
However opposition candidates complain of irregularities and voting fraud. They need the vote annulled and are calling for protests this week.
What occurs if that is not the case?
