John Stamos alleges he was sexually abused whereas he was an adolescent, an expertise he says left him with emotions he “should not have needed to cope with.”
The Full Home and Fuller Home star opens up about his childhood trauma in his upcoming memoir, If You Would Have Informed Me. Talking to Individuals journal about his choice to incorporate the incident in his ebook, the actor reveals that he had beforehand thought-about addressing it whereas accepting an award for his advocacy work on behalf of abused youngsters. He in the end declined to share it then over feels he’d be “phony.”
