Manhunt after two inmates held on suspicion of homicide escape from Mississippi jail

Police in Mississippi have launched a manhunt after two suspects going through homicide costs escaped from jail and are presently on the run.

“Early this morning, two inmates escaped from the Claiborne County Detention Middle,” the Claiborne County Sheriff’s Division stated in a press release on social media Friday. “The escape occurred at roughly 2:20 AM.”

Authorities stated the 2 suspects are Tyrekennel Collins, a 24-year-old black man who was being held in Copiah County, and Dezarrious Johnson, an 18-year-old man who was being held in Jefferson County however is from the Natchez space.
