“I want that I had not been captured on video in such an offended state and behaved in such a approach, however I couldn’t enable these individuals to impede my passage and in essence, maintain me hostage,” Rivera mentioned in a press release posted to X. “I really like this nation that I reside in. I’m blessed to be an American. I say that as a result of we, as residents of this nation, have the proper to peacefully protest, as long as we don’t break the legislation, equivalent to disrupting visitors on the roadways.”
