North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper is not within the working to be Vice President Kamala Harris’s working mate this election season.
The governor confirmed the information in a press release on X. The New York Instances broke the story on Monday night, reporting that Cooper knowledgeable Harris’ staff about his determination to withdraw.
