A baby stopped breathing and a Tennessee police officer stepped in. A mother’s frantic cry can be heard on a 911 recording. The parents started driving their 1-year-old to a hospital for help. The child’s father flagged down a Murfreesboro police officer who sprang into action, taking baby Zaire and doing all he could to get him breathing again. Officer Robert Baer worked to resuscitate the limp baby.
