The Slavyansk oil refinery in Russia’s Krasnodar area was broken by a drone strike in Ukraine, native authorities stated on Saturday.
There have been a complete of 9 assaults on the tank farm and distillation column, Roman Siniagovskyi, head of the Slavyansk administrative district, stated on Telegram.
“The tank farm was not broken by the organized safety system. The distillation column was. The fireplace was eradicated by joint efforts of accountable companies,” Siniagovskyi stated.
In response to native emergency companies, a hearth broke out in a small space close to the refinery, which was later extinguished.
The Russian Protection Ministry stated on Saturday that its air protection items had intercepted and destroyed 66 Ukrainian drones over the territory of the Krasnodar area, and two extra over the Crimean Peninsula.
