OJ Simpson’s Executor Vows to Battle $33.5 Million Payout: ‘Goldmans Will get Zero, Nothing’

The 1995 acquittal of Professional Soccer Corridor of Famer OJ Simpson for the murders of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and a pal, Ronald Goldman, grew to become broadly often called “The Trial of the Century.”

Whereas Simpson was acquitted at his prison trial, a civil jury in California later awarded the households of Nicole and Goldman $33.5 million following a wrongful loss of life lawsuit.

Simpson died Wednesday with out having paid the lion’s share of the cash from the judgment.

However LaVergne mentioned he particularly didn’t need the Goldman household to get any cash from Simpson’s property.

“I hope the Goldmans get zero, nothing,” he advised the Evaluation-Journal. ‘For them specifically. And I’ll do the whole lot in my capability as executor or private consultant to make sure that they get nothing.”
