The 17-year-old had been assigned to an institute in Lomas de Zamora, accused of the murder of a shot by Blaquier, on October 29, 2022 during an assault in Pilar.
However, on Tuesday he escaped from the establishment and this Wednesday Judge Alejandro Diego Flori, in charge of the Juvenile Criminal Responsibility Court 1 of San Isidro based in Pilar, ordered his capture.
The prosecutor in the case, Paula Romeo, was the one who requested the immediate recapture, for which an intense police search operation was launched. The procedure is carried out by personnel from the Amba Norte II Superintendency.

The two adolescents arrested are prosecuted with preventive detention for the crimes of “aggravated robbery by the use of a firearm and for causing serious injuries in a real contest with homicide criminis causae aggravated by the use of a firearm” to the detriment of Magdalena de Elordy and her husband Blaquier (62), who were on the motorcycle together when they were robbed.
According to the accusation of the prosecution, the businessman’s wife suffered a fracture of the kneecap of her left leg when she fell from the vehicle due to the violence exerted during the robbery.

Although an 18-year-old girl and her boyfriend of the same age, nicknamed “Lucianito”, were arrested within a few hours for the businessman’s crime, the investigators deepened the investigation, since they did not rule out other hypotheses, among which was a gang of robbers in which minors were involved.
In fact, “Lucianito” himself, in one of his statements, pointed to a 16-year-old teenager as the material author of the crime, who was finally arrested as the main suspect.
The original prosecutor in the case, Gonzalo Agüero, from Pilar’s Functional Instruction Unit (UFI) 4, began to doubt the participation of “Lucianito” in the incident when, after investigating him three times, he noticed that he did not have any part of his body the injuries that the true perpetrator of the crime should present.
Blaquier’s crime: the image of the motorcycle on which the two arrested for the murder of the businessman were riding.
A direct witness to the fall suffered by the criminal with the motorcycle stolen from Blaquier in the place where it was later abandoned, had told the investigators that he saw him get up with a bloody eyebrow, nose and left parietal.
For this reason, prosecutor Agüero ordered the Police to search nearby health centers for the admission of a patient with this type of injury.
This is how it was detected through the cameras of the Monitoring Center of the municipality of Escobar, that 40 minutes after the fact, one of the two adolescents had gone to attend the Dupuy de Garín hospital.
For the investigators, this 16-year-old boy was the perpetrator of the crime, since the criminal who fled with the victim’s motorcycle lost control of it at kilometer 39 of the Pan-American Highway, where he abandoned the vehicle and continued the escape with his accomplice.
In this way, the couple was released and days later the two teenagers were arrested.

How was the crime of businessman Andrés Blaquier
The crime of Blaquier, director of the Agricultural Business of the Ledesma sugar company, occurred on October 29, 2022 in the afternoon when the businessman was driving along kilometer 50 of the Pan-American Highway, in the northern area of Greater Buenos Aires, together with his wife on a black BMW 1200 motorcycle, in the direction of the province.
In these circumstances, the businessman was approached by two criminals who were on board another motorcycle and threatened him with a firearm to rob him.
Andrés Blaquier, the businessman shot dead last October.
According to the investigations, in these circumstances, one of the assailants fired several shots at Blaquier and the victim was shot in the chest, which later caused his death.
After the attack, one of the criminals seized the businessman’s motorcycle and escaped with his accomplice, but fell off the motorcycle and left it abandoned.
